An Administrative Board Meeting is held on the Second Monday of each month at 7pm,
typically at another member's home. Notification
is published in the newsletter. Members of the Board
get
together to discuss and plan the Club’s activities
for the upcoming month, plan future events, listen
to monthly reports given by Coordinators of each
area of the Club and consider any new business brought
before
the Board.
Any Club member who would like to
find out how decisions are made, become more involved
with the Club and in general learn what is discussed
at these meetings is welcome to attend.
